Hello

In a word Yes, Nero (www.nero.com) will do the trick as far as your first two requirements go, the third is only possible with the help of voodoo magic smiling smiley

The downside is it costs money, for a free solution try EAC (www.exactaudiocopy.de) which can also perform normalisation (volume adjustment), fades and is also the best CD Audio extractor, though it is more difficult to use.

Other alternatives include Easy CD Creator 5 (www.roxio.com) and Fuerio (www.fuerio.com) both of which have demo's available and are easy to use.

Hope this helps
